A live webinar runs 45 to 60 minutes on Zoom or Teams, with a moderated Q&A at the end. It is presented live by a qualified Eolas Money planner, not a presenter reading slides, and the recording can be shared with anyone who could not attend.
No. Nothing is sold in a session and no products are pitched. Eolas Money is an independent, fee-based firm, and the session is paid for by the employer, so there is no incentive to steer anyone anywhere.
At a high level, yes. Before the session we ask for details of your pension arrangements and employee benefits, such as contributions, health insurance, death-in-service cover and income protection, and we refer to them where it fits. We don't rebuild the session around one scheme, because membership, contribution levels and entitlements vary across a workforce, so the content stays general enough to be right for everyone in the room.
There's no fixed lead time, and we can sometimes take a date at short notice. The earlier you book, though, the better the chance of the date you want and the time to make the arrangements. We'll always do our best with your preferred dates, but we can't guarantee availability without reasonable notice.
Yes. We can invoice against a purchase order if you need one, and our payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date.
Two to four a year, sequenced to the calendar: mortgages in spring, budgeting after the summer, pensions in the autumn. A single session works as a pilot. Many employers then add an on-site day with clinics for the topic that raised the most hands.
Tell us the topic you have in mind, roughly how many will attend, and a date if you have one. We'll confirm availability and the €300 + VAT fee in writing within a couple of working days.
€300 + VAT for a live, one-hour webinar with a qualified planner, whatever the size of your team.
