How much does a financial wellbeing session cost?
Our published rates, all plus VAT, are: a one-hour webinar €300; a seminar with a Q&A and four or five one-to-one clinics €750 over video or €1,000 on-site; a seminar with a full day of clinics €1,000 over video or €1,500 on-site. Either can be run as clinics only.
What's the difference between the two seminar packages?
How many one-to-one clinics follow the seminar. The first is a one-hour seminar, a Q&A and four or five confidential 30-minute clinics, which takes half a day; run as clinics only, it is 7 slots. The second is the same seminar with clinics running through the afternoon, a full day; run as clinics only, it is 12 slots. The fee is the same whether or not every clinic slot is taken up.
Does the fee change with how many staff attend?
Not for webinars or seminars: a group session is one fee whatever the audience size. One-to-one clinics are limited by the hours in the day, since each person gets a private 30-minute slot, so a bigger take-up means the full day of clinics or more than one date rather than a higher rate.
Is there a minimum commitment or contract?
No. You can book a single webinar or a single seminar and see how it lands. There's no lock-in and no minimum term. Most employers build up to two to four dates across the year, but that's their choice once they've seen the value, not a condition of getting started.
Are there any extras on top of the rate?
No. The rate covers the planner, the preparation, the scheduling, the platform for online sessions, the moderated Q&A and, for webinars, the recording. We'll tell you in writing before booking if anything about your request falls outside the standard rate, so the figure never comes as a surprise.
Can you invoice against a purchase order?
Yes. We can invoice against a purchase order if you need one, and our payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date.
How far ahead do we need to book?
There's no fixed lead time, and we can sometimes take a date at short notice. The earlier you book, though, the better the chance of the date you want and the time to make the arrangements. We'll always do our best with your preferred dates, but we can't guarantee availability without reasonable notice.
Is Eolas Money independent?
Yes. We are an independent, fee-based financial planning firm, co-founded in 2009 by two CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professionals and based in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, serving employers across Ireland. There is no product being sold to your people - the fee you pay is the fee, and the guidance is genuinely unbiased.
