What your organisation gets back

Staff who feel in control of their money do better work.

Less money stress at work

Money worry drains focus and morale. Giving people the tools to feel in control lifts a weight they'd otherwise carry in every day.

More from the benefits you already pay for

Most teams don't fully use the pension or the protection in place. Staff who understand them, use them.

Support at the hard moments

Redundancy, retirement, a first mortgage, a bereavement. The right session lands when people need it, not a leaflet.

What a programme looks like

A year, one date a quarter.

Most employers run two to four dates, matched to the conversations already happening among staff, with the Academy ticking away underneath.

Common questions

The things HR asks before booking a programme.

Anything not covered here? The 30-minute discovery call is the right place to ask - bring the awkward ones too.

What is an employee financial wellbeing programme?

A structured package of financial education and support for your staff: typically a mix of on-site seminars, live webinars, confidential one-to-one clinics and self-paced e-learning, sequenced across the year. Eolas Money delivers it in plain English, tailored to an Irish audience, with qualified planners rather than presenters.

How much does a programme cost?

The rates are published: a one-hour webinar is €300 plus VAT for any team size; a seminar with a Q&A and four or five one-to-one clinics is €750 plus VAT over video or €1,000 plus VAT on-site; a seminar with a full day of clinics is €1,000 plus VAT over video or €1,500 plus VAT on-site. A programme is the dates you book across the year, each at the published rate, confirmed in writing before anything is booked.

Is Eolas Money independent?

Yes. We are an independent, fee-based financial planning firm. The sessions and clinics give your staff genuine, unbiased guidance. The plan comes before any product, and there's no sales pitch to your people.

Can a session be tailored to our own pension scheme and benefits?

At a high level, yes. Before the session we ask for details of your pension arrangements and employee benefits, such as contributions, health insurance, death-in-service cover and income protection, and we refer to them where it fits. We don't rebuild the session around one scheme, because membership, contribution levels and entitlements vary across a workforce, so the content stays general enough to be right for everyone in the room.

How far ahead do we need to book?

There's no fixed lead time, and we can sometimes take a date at short notice. The earlier you book, though, the better the chance of the date you want and the time to make the arrangements. We'll always do our best with your preferred dates, but we can't guarantee availability without reasonable notice.

Can you invoice against a purchase order?

Yes. We can invoice against a purchase order if you need one, and our payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date.

Can you deliver to remote and multi-site teams?

Yes. Live webinars over Zoom or Teams give remote, hybrid and multi-site teams the same experience, and recordings can be shared afterwards. Clinics run over video as well as on-site. We mix formats to suit however your organisation is set up.

Enquire about a programme

Tell us about your team, we'll suggest a year.

A single date or a full programme. Tell us roughly how many people, where they are, and what's on their minds. We'll come back within a couple of working days with a suggested shape and the fees in writing.

  • It goes to the planning team, not a call centre.
  • No obligation, and no one will chase you with a sales call.
  • Prefer to talk? 052 612 9696

We'll only use these details to answer your enquiry. See our privacy policy.

Bring it to your team

One conversation, then a year your people will thank you for.

Fifteen minutes is enough. Tell us about your team and we'll say where we'd start.
