We send you the timetable for the day. You offer the slots to your staff, book them in, and send us the list so we know who is due.

A planner works through the slots, on-site or over video, and that's the end of it. What was discussed is never reported back to you.

What do one-to-one clinics cost?
7 private 30-minute slots are €750 plus VAT over video or €1,000 plus VAT on-site. 12 slots are €1,000 plus VAT over video or €1,500 plus VAT on-site, and an on-site day can open with a seminar. The fee is the same however many staff you have; a bigger take-up means twelve slots or a second date, not a higher rate.
Are the clinics confidential?
Yes, completely. What's discussed in a clinic stays between the employee and the planner. The employer arranges the slots, so they know who is booked in, but we never discuss or disclose what was said.
Who organises the clinic bookings?
You do. We send a timetable of 30-minute slots, 7 or 12 depending on what you book, and you offer them to your staff and book people in however suits your organisation. Before the day you send us the list of who has booked, so the planner knows who is due to attend.
Will staff be sold anything in a clinic?
No. Clinics are guidance, not a sales pitch. Eolas Money is an independent, fee-based firm. The plan always comes before any product, and nothing is sold to your people in the room.
Does anyone need to prepare for a clinic slot?
No. It helps if they come with the question, worry or goal they'd like to talk about, so the half hour goes on that, but nothing needs to be brought along.
Can you invoice against a purchase order?
Yes. We can invoice against a purchase order if you need one, and our payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date.
Can you run clinics for remote or multi-site teams?
Yes. Virtual clinics over Zoom or Teams give remote, hybrid and multi-site staff exactly the same confidential one-to-one experience, with no need to travel. We mix on-site and online to suit however your organisation is set up.
