Eolas in the community

We set up in Clonmel for a reason. We turn up here too.

Community work isn't a marketing line for us. It's sponsorships, fundraising, free advice for local causes and an annual conference for the wider wellbeing industry. The same five faces - just outside the office.

Ongoing commitments

Three relationships that have stuck.

Charity partner since 2018

Alzheimer Society of Ireland

Our long-running charity partner. We've run fundraising lunches, sponsored walks and cycles, and made annual contributions to the South Tipperary branch - funding day-care places, in-home respite and family supports for people living with dementia.

Mental health & resilience

Positive Steps Together

We support Positive Steps Together - a Tipperary-based initiative promoting positive mental health and resilience across schools and workplaces. Financial pressure is one of the loudest stressors in Irish households; this work meets it head-on.

The Eolas Money Wellbeing Conference
Annual industry event

The Wellbeing Conference

Each year we host (and co-host) the Wellbeing Conference, bringing HR leaders, occupational-health specialists and finance professionals together to share what actually moves the needle on employee wellbeing - financial and otherwise.

Beyond the headline partnerships

Four other ways we show up.

Plenty of what we do isn't worth a press release - but it adds up.

  • Sponsorship

Local GAA, rugby and underage sport across South Tipperary and Limerick.

  • Fundraising

Annual events with proceeds to our charity partners - staff match what we raise as a firm.

  • Pro-bono advice

Quiet financial-planning support for community organisations and small charities that couldn't otherwise afford it.

  • Showing up

We attend, we present, we volunteer. The team is given paid time off to do it.

“We've never seen community work as separate from the business. The same instinct that tells you to listen properly when a client is in front of you is the one that tells you to show up when your neighbour needs a hand.”

Doing something local? We'd love to hear about it.

If you're running a fundraiser, organising a wellbeing event, or know a Tipperary community organisation that could use a financial planner's time - drop us a line. We can't say yes to everything, but we read everything.
