It's a relaxed, no-pressure chat - usually around 30 minutes. Here's how it tends to go.

We listen first
You do most of the talking. Tell us what's on your mind - a pension you've lost track of, a mortgage move, a windfall, or just a feeling that things could be more organised. There's no form to fill in beforehand.

We give you our honest read
In plain English, we'll tell you what we're hearing and whether we're the right people to help. Because we're independent and fee-based, our only job is your plan - never selling you a product.

You decide what's next
If it's a fit, we'll point you to the way of working with us that suits, and who it's with, and what it costs, all agreed up front. If it isn't, we'll say so. Either way you'll leave the call clearer than you came in.
