We couldn’t be happier to be included among so many outstanding businesses from across County Tipperary, and we’re looking forward to an evening of celebrating the achievements, dedication and contribution of our fellow business owners and teams across the county.

3. Celebrating Leah’s Career Journey
We are incredibly proud of our colleague Leah, who was recently selected as the Network Ireland Tipperary winner in the Early Career Employee category and is now representing Tipperary at the Network Ireland National Businesswoman of the Year Awards.
Last week, Leah travelled to AIB Headquarters for her national interview, where she had the opportunity to share her career journey to date and represent both Eolas Money and County Tipperary.
What makes Leah’s achievement particularly special is the journey she has taken to get here. Almost three years ago, Leah began her career in Financial Services, choosing an alternative route to the traditional full-time college and degree pathway. She learned through experience – working, taking opportunities, making mistakes, building her skills and continually challenging herself to learn and develop.
Along the way, Leah went on to complete her degree through the apprenticeship route with Atlantic Technological University and the LIA, demonstrating that there is no single path to building a successful career.
Yet again we are delighted to see Leah’s hard work, determination and commitment recognised on a national stage.
Best of luck to Leah for the next stage of the awards on the 18th of September – we’ll be cheering her on all the way!
