To avail of our Mortgage services for First Time Buyers, Trader Uppers, or those considering switching providers, after an initial meeting conducted at our expense, Eolas Money applies a non-refundable fee of €600 plus VAT which facilitates:

- Meeting with you virtually or in person to discuss your mortgage requirements

- Researching the various loan & rate options available to you

- Preparing and presenting your statement of suitability and recommended action report to you
